  1. Further down on this page, you will download an application or the official 2024 tournament packet. 

  2. After downloading and filling out the application(s) please email the completed application(s) to emares@msn.com 

  3. You are able to pay for multiple competitors by entering the total sum in the field text box below. Please do not forget to enter the name of the athlete(s) you are paying for.
